Our commitment to safety, excellence, and a stress-free environment for every guest.
01. Appointments & Bookings
To maintain our boutique experience, we operate primarily by appointment. While we welcome inquiries, scheduled sessions ensure your pet receives undivided attention. You will receive an automated confirmation via email/SMS; please review these details immediately to ensure accuracy.
02. Cancellations & No-Shows
We value our stylists' time and our clients' schedules.
Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Action: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive without notice will result in a 100% service charge.
03. The Grace Period
Punctuality ensures a calm environment. We offer a 10-minute grace period. Beyond this, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule the appointment to avoid impacting the next pet’s session.
04. Health & Vaccination Standards
The safety of our community is paramount.
Proof of Health: All pets must be current on Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations.
Wellness Disclosure: Please inform us of any allergies, heart conditions, or physical sensitivities prior to the session.
Parasites: If fleas or ticks are discovered, a mandatory $15 medicated treatment will be applied for the safety of the salon.
05. Professional Handling & Matting
Our stylists are masters of patience. however:
Stress Policy: If a pet becomes dangerously stressed or aggressive, we reserve the right to stop the service for the safety of the animal.
Matted Coats: We prioritize "Comfort over Vanity." Severely matted fur will be safely shaved rather than painfully brushed out. Additional fees apply for de-matting.
06. Check-In & Departure
Arrival: All pets must arrive on a leash or in a secure carrier.
Pick-Up: To maintain our cage-free, serene atmosphere, please pick up your pet within 30 minutes of completion. Late pick-ups may incur a $10/hour boarding fee.
07. Investment & Payments
Final pricing is based on breed, size, and coat condition. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. First-time clients may be asked for a 20% deposit to secure their premier slot.
08. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for perfection. If the styling isn't exactly as discussed, please notify us within 24 hours. We will gladly provide a complimentary touch-up to ensure you and your pet are 100% happy.
